Garden Warrior Queen (“GWQ”) is a creative brand owned and operated by Everything Entertainment Biz, Inc. (“EEB”). This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for both digital and physical products.

By purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Digital products include downloadable journals, guides, printables, and any other files delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital goods:
• All digital product sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a file has been downloaded.
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of digital files is prohibited.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us at queen@gardenwarriorqueen.com and we will assist you.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products include printed field cards, merchandise, and any items shipped to you.

Refunds or replacements may be offered ONLY in the following cases:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received

To request a replacement or refund:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos of the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

4. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color or print quality due to manufacturing processes

5. SHIPPING ISSUES
EEB is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Delivery errors caused by incorrect customer information
• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for physical products may be canceled ONLY if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once placed.

7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for physical or digital products unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

8. PROCESSING TIME FOR APPROVED REFUNDS
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days
