5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
Physical Products:

All GWQ designs, branding, artwork, text, and digital files are owned by Everything Entertainment Biz, Inc.

9. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If users submit comments, reviews, photos, or other content on the GWQ website or social platforms, they grant EEB a non-exclusive license to:

AI assisted tools do not create GWQ characters, lore, artwork, or product concepts independently. All GWQ content originates from human creators and is reviewed before publication.
Users do not receive any rights to modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI assisted outputs. AI assisted content does not grant permission to create derivative works, upload GWQ materials to marketplaces, or use GWQ content for commercial purposes.
AI assisted processes are used only to support clarity, consistency, accessibility, and quality. All GWQ intellectual property remains fully owned by EEB.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EEB and GWQ are not liable for:

Third party service interruptions
Shipping delays
User error
Misuse of products

12. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Unauthorized chargebacks for digital products may result in:
