Purpose of This Clause

The Garden Warrior Queen™ (GWQ) brand incorporates AI-assisted tools for creative development, worldbuilding, card design, and content refinement. This clause explains how AI is used within GWQ projects, what AI does not do, and how human authorship remains central to all GWQ creations.

Human Authorship and Creative Control

All GWQ concepts, characters, lore, artwork direction, product ideas, and narrative structures originate from human creators. AI tools are used only to assist with:

Drafting text based on human-provided instructions
Refining wording, grammar, or clarity
Identifying errors or inconsistencies
Supporting accessibility formatting
Generating variations based on human-created templates

AI does not independently create GWQ intellectual property. Every creative decision, approval, and final output is directed, reviewed, and owned by the human creator.

AI-Assisted Processes

AI tools may be used in the following ways:

Card Text Refinement: Correcting typos, improving readability, and ensuring consistency across decks.
Design Support: Assisting with layout guidance, accessibility formatting, and template consistency.

The acceptance, modification, or rejection of AI outputs
