Garden Warrior Queen™ (GWQ) Licensing Rules

Purpose of This Licensing Policy
The GWQ brand includes original characters, lore, artwork, card designs, product concepts, and narrative structures. These Licensing Rules explain how GWQ content may and may not be used by customers, fans, collaborators, and third parties. These rules protect GWQ intellectual property while allowing fair, reasonable, and creative use within defined boundaries.

Ownership of GWQ Intellectual Property
All GWQ content is fully owned by the human creator, including but not limited to:
Characters and character names
Lore, worldbuilding, and narrative structures
Card designs, symbols, and mechanics
Artwork and visual elements
Product concepts, expansions, and deck systems
Branding, logos, and thematic elements
No part of GWQ may be claimed, registered, or represented as someone else’s intellectual property.

Personal Use License
Customers who purchase GWQ products receive a Personal Use License, which allows:
Printing GWQ cards for personal use
Using GWQ decks in games, workshops, or private events
Sharing photos of GWQ cards online
Creating fan art inspired by GWQ characters
Writing fan fiction that credits GWQ
Personal use does not grant permission to sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit GWQ content.

Prohibited Uses
The following actions are not permitted without explicit written permission:
Selling printed or digital versions of GWQ cards
Uploading GWQ decks to marketplaces or print on demand platforms
Using GWQ artwork or characters in commercial products
Creating derivative decks for sale
Republishing GWQ content in books, courses, or paid materials
Claiming GWQ characters or lore as original work
Training AI models on GWQ content for commercial output
Any commercial use requires a formal licensing agreement.

Commercial Licensing
Commercial licensing may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Examples of approved commercial licensing scenarios include:
Retail partnerships
Educational or therapeutic programs
Collaborative product development
Limited run merchandise
Official GWQ expansions created with approval
All commercial licensing requires:
A written agreement
Clear scope of use
Defined duration
Attribution requirements
Royalty or fee structure if applicable
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Attribution Requirements
When sharing GWQ content publicly noncommercial, attribution must be included:

AI Related Licensing Rules
AI tools may not be used to:
Generate commercial products based on GWQ content

AI may be used for personal fan creations as long as:
The output is not sold
Attribution is included
The content does not misrepresent itself as official GWQ material

Enforcement
GWQ reserves the right to:
Request removal of unauthorized content
Issue takedown notices
Revoke licenses
Pursue legal action for infringement
